Weather Conditions / Snow Days
- If it snows, we will try our best to pick you up but there is no guarantee if the roads are bad.. You can request an SUV for an additional $89.00 - $99 Depend on City & Country Location
- If Snow Emergency is declared we are unable to operate our vehicles and will have to cancel your Reservation if you book Sedan’s
- If we have, we will send you a 4 Wheel drive, we will add an extra fee apply depending on which vehicle we send you.
- Sales Tax + VCT + Toll May apply depending upon pickup location & City or Country Location
Worldwide Airport Meet & Greet / Inside Pickup
- The Chauffeur will meet you at the Baggage Area with a sign displaying your name. An additional charge of $25 will apply for this service.
- All arriving passengers that have requested an “INSIDE PICKUP”. MUST LOOK for their contact NAME posted on our card.
- For Passengers without a US Cell Phone or without means to be contacted directly by Driver, an INSIDE PICKUP is required.
Worldwide Airport Curbside Pickup
- Your reserved vehicle will be waiting for you at the Airport parking lot. After you claim your baggage and you are ready, please immediately contact your driver or GROUNDLINK Worldwide at 1-877-352-2212 or 1-877-316-3400 International Toll Free : 1-800-787-6330 and follow the instructions. Your name will be displayed in the Passenger side window or windshield of the vehicle, unless otherwise instructed. Please do not go to the parking lot to locate your limousine. For additional information, please contact us directly. There is no additional charge for Curbside Pick-ups.
- If you miss your flight or cannot locate you driver, GROUNDLINK Worldwide must be called at 1-877-352-2212 or 1-877-316-3400 International Toll Free : 1-800-787-6330 to avoid “NO SHOW” charges.
- We keep track of all incoming flights, but we are not responsible for diversions/customs/baggage.
- For Domestic Arrivals: 45 minute FREE WAIT TIME is given from the scheduled arrival time posted by your Airline, unless you notify us prior to your arrival of unexpected change on your arrival due to your departure circumstances.
- For International Arrivals: 1 Hour FREE WAIT TIME is given from the scheduled arrival time posted by your Airline.
- After the AIRPORT FREE TIME is elapsed, waiting time will get charged at $.099 per additional minute for a SEDAN, $0.99 per minute for SUV. Additional WAIT TIME charges for larger vehicles, VANS/ STRETCH LIMOS, are stated in your individual contract.
- GROUNDLINK Worldwide shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control due to airline delays, air/ground, luggage’s, traffic, weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
Worldwide Non-Airport Pickups
- All passengers scheduled for pick-up MUST try to the best of their ability to be outside by the time of scheduled pickup.
- In the event that you DO NOT SEE your driver, all passengers must call your driver or GROUNDLINK Worldwide at 1-877-316-3400 and we will match you up within few moments. Please do not leave assuming your driver is not there. By not leaving you will avoid being charged a NO SHOW FEE.
- GROUNDLINK Worldwide shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control due to traffic, weather, road conditions and breakdowns. GROUNDLINK Worldwide assumes no responsibility for LOST or DAMAGED BAGGAGE, PERSONAL BELONGINGS, or any items left in the vehicle. Clients must check for their belongings before exiting the vehicle. If you leave something in the car and the driver leaves, you will be charged regular fare for us to return your belongings to your residence
- You will be responsible for any damage done to the vehicle by you or your guests, for example, throwing up in the car, ripped leather, any kind of misuse or mishandling of any components of the vehicle.
- It is up to the driver to allow food in the vehicle. Any additional food or drink must be cleaned up when exiting to avoid additional Cleaning Fees.
- You will be charged for getting the car fixed/cleaned/repaired for any damages caused by you.
- ALL Other LOCATION's Pickups : Customers are allowed 15 included minutes waiting time as a “grace period” from the scheduled pickup time. Thereafter, waiting time is calculated in 15 minute intervals by prorating the current hourly rate for the vehicle type requested. Below is an example of waiting time charges: 0 – 15 minutes: No Charge
- AIRPORT PICKUPS : Customers are allowed 60 included minutes waiting time as a “grace period” from the scheduled pickup time For All Airport Pickups, Thereafter, waiting time is calculated in 60 minute intervals by prorating the current hourly rate for the vehicle type requested. Below is an example of waiting time charges: 0 – 60 minutes: No Charge
Additional Stops
- Charges for additional stops are generally $25 to $35 depending upon the distance traveled. Typically, stops within the same suburban town are $25 each and stops at other towns along the way are $25. Stops Fees are calculated by mileage and distance from original route.Trips to/from Worldwide Cities an additional $25 to $35 added to the base rate.
Early Morning/Late Night Surcharge
- Trips that are scheduled for pickup between 11:59pm and 5:00am incur an additional $30 to $35 depend on City & Country added to base price.
Holiday Surcharge
Trips on the holidays listed below incur an additional $35.00 added to base price.

Chauffeur Gratuity
20% of the base fare and 20% of any waiting time and stops (if applicable)
Cancellation Policy
- Sedan and SUV’s may be cancelled up to 0 to 75 mile Radius Reservation Cancelation 2 hours prior of time without penalty, 0 to 150 mile Radius Reservation Cancelation 3 hours Prior of Time without penalty, 0 to 300 miles Radius Reservation Cancelation 5 hours Prior of Time without penalty, If not follow the cancellation policy 70% Cancelation fee apply on reservation on the total price.
- 2 Hours without penalty If reservation is for next day you must notify the office before the end of business day prior to trip. Our offices are open 24/7 + 365 Day Live Operation, If not follow the cancellation policy 70% Cancelation fee apply on reservation on the total price.
- Vans and Stretch Limousines are charged a 25% non refundable deposit at the time of booking. 14 Days prior to the date of service the remaining balance is charged. After that time no refund will be given.
Alcohol
- No open alcohol is permitted in Sedans, SUV or any vehicle without a partition between passengers and driver. No exceptions will be made.Alcohol is only permitted in Limo Style Vehicles when all passengers are over the age of 21. Driver has the right to ask for Valid ID and can limit use.
Car Seats
- We adhere to United States Of America Traffic and Safety rules and all children are required to be properly secured in age appropriate Car seats. For our Passengers convenience we have Forward Facing Car seats and Booster Seats available for an additional $25 per seat. We will also store your own Car seat for a fee of $25 and it will be available in the vehicle upon your return.All seats must be checked and secured by the Passengers. It is not the driver’s responsibility to secure car seats in vehicles
